Our repair service has a fixed one-off labour charge — no hourly rates or surprise fees.
If spare parts are needed, you’ll only pay for the parts — no extra charges for return visits. Simple, honest pricing for your peace of mind.

Please note that we do not repair refrigeration or gas appliances.

This covers all appliances of a premium brand.
This includes; Britannia, Fisher & Paykel, Lacanche, Mercury, Miele, Rangemaster, Smeg.

Our call-out fee includes the first hour of labour, with additional time billed in 30-minute intervals — so you only pay for the time needed.
Materials, if required, are charged separately for complete transparency.

After this period, we charge £40 per 30 minute interval.
