That’s why we have designed our pricing to be as simple and honest as possible.
appliance repairs
Our repair service has a simple, fixed one-off labour charge (there’s no hourly charges!).
If your appliance needs spare parts, you’ll just pay for those separately.

Standard Brands
One easy-to-remember price regardless of the type of appliance.
Please note that we do not repair refrigeration or gas appliances.

Premium Brands
This covers all appliances of a premium brand.
This includes; Britannia, Fisher & Paykel, Lacanche, Mercury, Miele, Rangemaster, Smeg.
plumbing
For our plumbing services, we keep pricing straightforward: the call-out fee covers the first hour of labour, with any extra time billed in 30-minute intervals—so you only pay for the time you need.
Materials, if required, are charged separately.

Standard
This includes the first hour of labour (which is usually enough time for most small jobs).
After this period, we charge £40 per 30 minute interval.

Emergency
When an emergency arises, we can prioritise your call-out (subject to availability).
This includes the first hour of labour. After this period, we charge £70 per 30 minute interval.
