Any further labour is charged at 30 minute intervals, so you don’t end up paying for another whole hour if it isn’t required.

We understand how stressful it can be when you need to call a plumber out – you’re trying to juggle work, a busy household, amongst other things, at the same time as dealing with the plumbing emergency which has suddenly cropped up out of nowhere.
This is why we have a very simple and fair pricing model.
Our call-out fee covers the first hour of labour (usually enough time for most simple plumbing issues). If the issue will require more time then we will advise you of this at the earliest possible opportunity during our visit.
Additional labour is charged at the same rate, but in 30 minute intervals.
This means that if the plumber requires an additional 20 minutes, you don’t end up paying for another full hour.

Plumbing FAQs
This can usually be caused by faulty washers or valves, which we can replace.
In rare cases, the taps may need to be replaced. In these instances we are happy to both supply and fit new taps, or fit ones provided by you.
Leaking pipes are caused by either a failure in the joins (fittings), or a piercing of the pipe itself.
We can replace both fittings and damaged pipework.
We do not install, commission or decommission boilers.
We do however carry out most heating related jobs such as replace radiators, drain down and pressurise systems.
Yes, absolutely!
This is one of the most common requests we get.
If you can, turn off your main water supply at the isolation valve (also known as a stopcock). This will help prevent further water damage.
Then, give us a call so that we can come out to remedy the leak.
We can usually attend the same day, subject to availability.
