Not turning on

Unfortunately this symptom could be caused by many things and it is almost impossible to say without an engineer diagnosing the appliance.

Turntable not turning

This is likely to be a faulty motor which is not spinning the turntable.

Door falls open

The door falling quickly without any resistance is a sign that the hinges require replacing.

Food is not getting hot or cooking

This is a sign that the magnetron may require replacing. If your microwave is a combi and it is not cooking on the oven function, then it may be the element that requires replacement.
