We have put together some helpful information so that you know exactly what to expect from our service – everything from our engineer’s visit to your repair guarantee.

On The Day

We will call you when we are on route to your property.

We ask that you ensure there is parking available for our vehicle. If there are parking restrictions, and you cannot supply a permit, we will be unable to continue with our visit.

We get to work on your appliance. Doing everything in our power to fix it during our first visit.

If spare parts need to be ordered you will be kept up-to-date on it's progress, and we will return at no extra charge to install them.

fully test

Once your appliance has been repaired, we will fully test it to ensure that it is working to the manufacturer's stringent specifications.

We also give advice on how to keep your appliance in tip-top condition.

preparing your appliance

It is important that we can fully inspect your appliance during our visit. Where possible, please ensure that the surrounding of the appliance has been cleared as we may need to take the appliance out.

If you have booked a repair to a refrigeration appliance, please note that this must be left switched on and the contents inside cleared.

Repair Guarantee

Getting your appliance back up and running is just the start for us. We don’t stop there.

We are so confident in our abilities that we provide a six month’s guarantee on all of our repairs, as standard.

This covers the same fault from returning and any spare parts, which we have supplied and fitted, from becoming faulty.
