common cooker faults
If the oven door of your cooker falls below its usual alignment, this is an indication that the hinges have been bent and require changing.
Knobs can be easily replaced by our engineers and is an easy fix.
If one or more of the electric burners for the hob portion of your cooker are not working then this could be down to a faulty sensor, heat zone or electronics. Our engineers are fully trained to be able to fix this.
If your oven turns off during use then this could be due to a faulty cooling fan. The cooling fan helps to keep the electronics inside of the machine at a safe temperature to protect them from damage. If the electronics cannot be sufficiently cooled, the appliance will shut down for safety reasons. Replacing the cooling fan will have your oven working again.
A flickering timer clock is an indication of a faulty clock, and you may notice that you cannot use some of the features of your appliance. Replacing this will rectify the issue.
If the grill doesn’t work then the most likely reason is a faulty grill element. Our engineers can replace one in no time for you.
