Unlike the big companies, we are a local Wiltshire-based company – so we can come out to replace your taps (or anything else) quickly!
We have a very simple pricing model; a call-out fee which covers the first hour of labour. This is usually enough time for us to fix most leaking taps. If it does take us longer due to complications in the plumbing, then each additional hour is charged at 30 minute intervals. This means that if we are there for an additional 20 minutes, you don’t end up paying for another full hour (something which the big companies do).

We understand how stressful it can be when you need to call a plumber out – you’re trying to juggle work, a busy household, amongst other things, at the same time as dealing with the plumbing emergency which has suddenly cropped up out of nowhere.
This is why we have a very simple and fair pricing model.
Our call-out fee covers the first hour of labour (usually enough time for most simple plumbing issues). If the issue will require more time then we will advise you of this at the earliest possible opportunity during our visit.
Additional labour is charged at the same rate, but in 30 minute intervals.
This means that if the plumber requires an additional 20 minutes, you don’t end up paying for another full hour.
