This is why we have a very simple and fair pricing model.
Our call-out fee covers the first hour of labour (usually enough time for most simple plumbing issues). If the issue will require more time then we will advise you of this at the earliest possible opportunity during our visit.
Additional labour is charged at the same rate, but in 30 minute intervals.
This means that if the plumber requires an additional 20 minutes, you don’t end up paying for another full hour.

Taps can start dripping when the inner mechanism stops functioning. Over time, water can erode this causing a slight deformation which allows water to bypass even with the valve closed.
We can fix this by recreating the seating grooves for the valve. Where this is not possible (due to age or wear and tear), we can also replace taps.
